i thought i was coming to a luxury hotel, but the staff were surprisingly cold, lacking that welcoming vibe. also, the dust worms on the wall are not exactly a charming feature. i almost gave them a good review, but with no complimentary goodies for my troubles, i just couldn’t. maybe if they cared a little more?
